Patient journey for treatment in Istanbul

A visit planned around you, with support at every stage.

Your needs shape the arrangements. A dedicated coordinator helps with travel, your stay and communication, while the licensed physicians at your partner facility assess and provide your medical care.

Before you travel

Your questions first, then your personal plan.

Preparation starts with a conversation

01 · Tell us what matters to you

Explain what you are considering, your goals and any questions about travelling for care. Your coordinator asks about your preferred dates, language and practical needs. The first conversation is free, with no obligation to book.

02 · Understand the proposed care

We pass the documents requested for your case, such as photos, X-rays or reports, to the partner facility. Its physicians review them and propose a personalised treatment plan. Your coordinator shares the proposal, costs and expected timing, and helps you put questions to the medical team.

03 · Agree the arrangements

Once you decide to proceed, we coordinate appointments around the proposed care plan. We go through the hotel, VIP transfers and language support with you, including what is included in your proposal. Confirm your appointment dates before booking flights, and tell us if someone will be travelling with you.

04 · Arrival and your first appointment

Share your flight details so your private driver can meet you at the airport. Your coordinator confirms the transfer destination, appointment schedule and how to reach them. Let us know about flight changes so we can adjust the practical arrangements.

05 · A detailed assessment in person

At the partner facility, the physicians examine you and arrange any tests they consider necessary. They explain your options, suitability and the final treatment plan. You can ask about recovery, risks and alternatives before making your decision, with language support arranged for your consultation.

06 · Treatment, recovery and accommodation

Your procedure is carried out by the partner facility’s licensed medical team. Depending on the procedure and the physicians’ advice, your stay may include a hospital admission, hotel accommodation or both. We coordinate transfers and practical support around the clinical schedule, including changes advised by the medical team.

Return & follow-up

Ready to travel home, still connected to your team.

07 · Discharge, return and follow-up

Before you leave, the partner medical team provides your care instructions and explains any medication, review appointments and travel advice relevant to your procedure. We coordinate your remaining appointments and return transfer around that guidance.

Questions after you get home

Keep in touch with your coordinator by WhatsApp or email. We help arrange follow-up communication and forward your questions, reports or requested healing photos to the partner physicians for feedback. Clinical advice and decisions about your recovery come from that medical team.
