Who we are
An Istanbul agency for patients from abroad.
Mahbua HED was set up in Istanbul to give international patients a simpler way to plan treatment in Türkiye. The people who contact us usually ask the same things: which clinic, which doctor, how long to stay, where to sleep and who to call if something comes up. We answer those questions clearly, then organise the trip around the treatment.
We hold an International Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate (AK-1570, issued in January 2026) and are a registered travel agency with TÜRSAB (licence 18048). This allows us to act as an intermediary between international patients and licensed healthcare facilities, and to organise their travel.
We are not a hospital or a clinic. Every examination, diagnosis and treatment is carried out by our partner facilities and their doctors.
